Nawar Naji holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University. He has 10 years of work experience in the US and Canada as a Project Manager in the auto industry. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Nawar started investing in real estate in 2006 by acquiring his first positive cash flow triplex.

His experience was enhanced through other investment properties acquisitions and projects such as:

• Pre-construction condos

• Underpinning basements

• Complete renovations “gut job”

• Converting single family homes into legal duplexes

• Building custom homes

• Building laneway houses / garden suites

Having an Engineering and Project Management background; our approach is methodical, process oriented and analytical when reviewing investment properties’ potential. Nawar is a licensed real estate broker and a real estate investor who owns a portfolio in the city of Toronto.

Nawar lives in the city of Toronto, a husband, a father of 2 and an avid triathlete with a passion for quality espresso.
